What if a team member is unable to log into to app?
If a team member with the correct login information is struggling to access the app, then we recommend deleting and reinstalling the app as the first step.
Delete and reinstall the Halter app: This can fix login issues because it clears out cached data or temporary files that might be interfering with the login process.
Check that the user is using the correct username and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Ensure the team member has been added as a user by an account administrator.
