Foreign phones and/or "not available in this region"
The Halter app will be available in several app stores, including New Zealand, Australia, USA. If your store states the app is "not available in this region," it means you are using an app store (e.g. App Store, Google Play Store) in a region that does not permit access.
This most commonly occurs when you are using a phone purchased or set up overseas, or you have accidentally changed regions. Check and update you region in the app store.
To troubleshoot the issue:
Check and update your region in the App Store/ Google Play Store. Note Google Play Store can take 48 hours to update your profile after a region change.
If you continue to encounter a problem, check the device location settings, update the app store/play store, clear cache data for the app store and ensure any VPN usage is not interfering with your regional restrictions.
