If a team member with the correct login information is having trouble accessing the app, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the app as the first step.
Delete and reinstall the Halter app: This can resolve login issues by clearing out cached data or temporary files that may be interfering with the login process.
Check that the user is using the correct username and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. Their username is their email.
Ensure the team member has been added as a user by an account administrator. An account administrator is a farm/ranch owner or manager who has administrative rights in the app. They will have 'Account Administrator' listed next to their name in Accounts & Users and will be able to view and update user access.
